MISHeMALL's online store is powered by Shoopy, a technology platform operated by Clevup Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Shoopy provides the ecommerce technology and infrastructure that enables MISHeMALL to operate its online store. Shoopy is not the seller of MISHeMALL products.

When you purchase a product through MISHeMALL, your transaction is with MISHeMALL, subject to these Terms & Conditions and the applicable policies published on this website.

By accessing MISHeMALL, creating an account, placing an order, making a payment, or otherwise using our website, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, subject to your mandatory rights under applicable law.

1. Who You Are Contracting With

MISHeMALL is responsible for the products it sells through its online store and for matters relating to:

Do not share your password, OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV or other confidential authentication information with anyone claiming to represent MISHeMALL.

Payment abuse;

Return or refund abuse;

Return eligibility.

Where a prepaid order is cancelled by MISHeMALL, any eligible refund will be handled under the Payment & Refund Policy.

12. Taxes and Government Charges

Applicable Indian taxes will be handled according to applicable Indian tax requirements.

For international orders, destination-country customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, clearance charges or other government or courier charges may apply.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, such destination-country charges are generally the responsibility of the international buyer or recipient.

13. Placing an Order

When you submit an order, you are requesting to purchase the selected products from MISHeMALL.

An order is not necessarily accepted merely because:

Checkout has been completed;

Payment has been attempted; or

An automated acknowledgement has been received.

MISHeMALL may need to verify product availability, payment, delivery information and other transaction details.

17. Customized and Made-to-Order Products

Customized, personalized and made-to-order products may be subject to special cancellation and return conditions.

Once customization or production has commenced, cancellation or change-of-mind return may not be available unless expressly stated or required by applicable law.

Cash on Delivery where available.

19. Payment Security

MISHeMALL will not ordinarily request your:

OTP;

UPI PIN;

ATM PIN;

Card PIN;

CVV; or

Banking password

through customer-support channels.

Customers should never disclose such credentials to anyone claiming to represent MISHeMALL.

20. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available only for eligible products, locations and orders.

MISHeMALL may restrict COD based on:

Delivery location;

Product;

Order value;

Courier availability;

Previous transaction history;

Fraud-prevention measures; or

Operational considerations.

Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of legitimate COD orders may affect future COD availability, subject to applicable law.

21. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery dates are estimates unless MISHeMALL expressly confirms a guaranteed delivery service.

22. International Purchases

MISHeMALL's online store is powered by Shoopy, operated by Clevup Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Shoopy provides technology infrastructure and ecommerce platform functionality that enables MISHeMALL to operate its online store.

The use of Shoopy's technology does not make Shoopy the seller of MISHeMALL products.

Your purchase contract remains with MISHeMALL.

Shoopy's own platform terms, privacy practices and policies may apply to its provision of technology services to MISHeMALL and to information processed by Shoopy in connection with its platform.

For information about Shoopy's platform, customers may consult Shoopy's own policies.

28. Third-Party Services

MISHeMALL may use third-party services for:

Payments;

Shipping;

Logistics;

Hosting;

Customer support;

Communication;

Analytics;

Fraud prevention;

Technology infrastructure; and
