Important information about products, international orders, customs, product compatibility, delivery, returns and customer responsibilities.

Before purchasing or using any product, please read this Disclaimer together with the applicable product description, shipping information, return/refund policy and other terms published by MISHeMALL.
When ordering products for delivery outside India, customers are responsible for checking whether the product can lawfully be imported, possessed and used in the destination country and whether any local taxes, customs duties, import charges, permits, certifications or other requirements may apply.
1. Product Information & Specifications
MISHeMALL makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and current product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, materials, features, compatibility information and other product details. However, minor differences may occur due to manufacturing processes, supplier updates, measurement methods, product improvements or production batches.
Unless a particular specification is expressly stated as exact, dimensions, weight, capacity and similar measurements should generally be understood as approximate.
2. Product Images & Colours
Product images are provided to help customers understand the appearance, design and features of an item. Actual colour, texture, finish, pattern, size or other visual characteristics may differ slightly from images displayed online because of lighting, photography, screen settings, production batches and manufacturing variations.
3. International Orders & Import Regulations
Products available through MISHeMALL may be offered to customers in multiple countries. Availability for international shipment does not necessarily mean that a product satisfies every law, technical standard, certification requirement or regulatory requirement of every destination country.
International buyers should verify applicable local rules before purchasing, particularly for products involving electrical equipment, children's products, food-contact materials, cosmetics, healthcare, batteries, wireless equipment or other regulated product categories.
4. Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Charges
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, handling charges or other government-imposed charges in the destination country.
Unless MISHeMALL expressly states otherwise during checkout or in the applicable shipping terms, such charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs authorities determine these charges independently, and MISHeMALL does not control their assessment.
5. Customs Clearance & Customer Cooperation
Customs authorities, postal operators or courier companies may require the recipient to provide identification, tax information, import documentation, payment of applicable charges or other information before releasing an international shipment.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and cooperating with reasonable customs-clearance requirements. Delays caused by customs inspection, regulatory review or incomplete recipient documentation may be outside MISHeMALL's reasonable control.
6. Electrical Products, Voltage & Plug Compatibility
Electrical standards, voltage, frequency and plug/socket types differ between countries. International customers purchasing electrical or electronic products must review the product specifications before purchase and confirm compatibility with the electrical system of the destination country.
A plug adapter changes the physical plug connection but does not necessarily convert electrical voltage. Where required, customers should use an appropriate certified voltage converter, transformer or adapter in accordance with the product manufacturer's instructions.
7. Product Use & Safety
Products should only be used for their intended purpose and in accordance with the instructions, warnings, specifications and safety information supplied with the product or provided by the manufacturer.
Customers should discontinue use where a product appears damaged, defective, incompatible or unsafe and should seek appropriate assistance before attempting further use.
8. Modification, Installation & Misuse
Damage, malfunction or safety issues caused by misuse, improper storage, incorrect installation, unauthorized modification, incompatible power supply, failure to follow instructions, accidental damage or use outside the product's intended purpose may not qualify for remedies that would otherwise apply to a manufacturing defect, subject always to applicable consumer law.
9. International Delivery Estimates
Estimated shipping or delivery periods are provided in good faith but may be affected by customs processing, security inspections, carrier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, transportation disruption, remote-area delivery or other circumstances outside MISHeMALL's reasonable control.
Unless expressly guaranteed in writing, an estimated delivery date should not be interpreted as a guaranteed arrival date.
10. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, postal code, recipient name, telephone number and other information reasonably required to complete an international delivery. Additional shipping, return or re-dispatch costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer-provided information may be charged where permitted by applicable law and the relevant shipping policy.
11. Returns, Refunds & International Orders
Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by the applicable MISHeMALL Return & Refund Policy together with any mandatory rights available to the customer under applicable consumer-protection law.
International customers should review the applicable return conditions before purchasing because return shipping arrangements, customs documentation and associated charges may differ from domestic orders.
12. Third-Party & Manufacturer Products
Certain products offered by MISHeMALL may be manufactured by independent manufacturers or third-party suppliers. Manufacturer warranties, instructions, technical specifications and product-specific conditions may apply in addition to MISHeMALL's applicable policies.
13. Website Information & Errors
While MISHeMALL takes reasonable care when publishing product and website information, typographical errors, pricing errors, technical inaccuracies, outdated information or omissions may occasionally occur.
MISHeMALL reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to correct inaccuracies, update product information and amend website content when necessary.
14. Product Availability by Country
Some products may be restricted from shipment to particular countries, territories or regions because of carrier limitations, import restrictions, sanctions, regulatory requirements, product classification or other legal or operational considerations. MISHeMALL may therefore be unable to process or complete certain international orders.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MISHeMALL will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control or from misuse, unauthorized modification or use of a product contrary to applicable instructions.
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes, restricts or limits any liability or customer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Nothing contained in this Disclaimer is intended to waive, exclude or restrict any statutory warranty, guarantee, refund right, product-safety protection or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under the laws applicable to your purchase.
