Return-Refund and Cancellation Policy

Return Policy:

Return Window:

  • Return Request: Buyers are strictly required to initiate a return request within 3 days from the date of delivery. The return request must be submitted exclusively through the official login portal on www.mishemall.com. Requests made via any other channel or media will not be accepted under any circumstances. To proceed, please refer to the 'Request for Return Procedure' detailed below.
  • Resubmission: In cases where a return request is rejected due to incomplete or incorrect information or documentation, the buyer is strictly required to resubmit accurate and complete details within 2 days from the date of issuance of the Ticket or Complaint Reference Number (CRN). Failure to comply within the specified timeframe will result in the Ticket or CRN being deemed resolved and automatically closed without further notice.

Non-Eligibility for Return / Exceptions:

While we aim to accommodate all reasonable requests, certain situations are exempt from our return policy, including:

  • Return requests submitted after the 3-day window.
  • Incomplete or insufficient submission of required information.
  • Visual proofs that do not clearly demonstrate the reported issue.
  • Unclear or incomprehensible photos/images/videos.
  • Instances of buyers remorse or incorrect orders.
  • Damage resulting from misuse, normal wear and tear, or customer-initiated alterations
  • If information or documents are resubmitted after the Resubmission window has elapsed.
  • Products explicitly labeled as Non-Returnable on the product detail page.

Conditions for Return Request and Process:

For a smooth return process, please ensure the following:

  • The product has not been damaged during your possession
  • The returned product matches the originally shipped item.
  • The product is returned in its original condition, including the brand’s/manufacturer’s box, intact MRP tag, user manual, warranty card, and all accompanying accessories.
  • Upon receiving the returned product, MISHeMALL™ will conduct a thorough inspection to determine its eligibility under return policy.
  • Expectations are inherently subjective and vary widely. Therefore, MISHeMALL™ disclaims any return requests related to product unmet on expectations of the consumer. However, in such cases, please review our applicable refund policy for more information.

Request for Return Procedure:

Products eligible for return include items that are received in damaged condition, have missing parts, are defective, or are significantly different from the description provided on the product detail page.

To initiate a return request, buyers must follow the steps below through the official MISHeMALL website:

  • Login to your account at www.mishemall.com
  • Navigate to My Account
  • Go to My Orders
  • Select the relevant order and click on it.
  • Click on the “Raise Return Request” (highlighted in red)
  • Fill in all required fields and attach valid visual proof (such as photos/videos) along with the original purchase invoice
  • Click Submit to complete your request

(Note: Incomplete submissions or failure to provide valid proof may lead to rejection of the return request.)

Misuse of Return Policy:

Please note that MISHeMALL™ reserves the right to take appropriate action, including warnings, suspensions, blocks, or terminations of customer accounts, in cases where the return policy is abused.

International Customers - Export Orders:

For international customers placing export orders, please be aware that all product categories are non-returnable.

Return Scheduling and Self-Ship Guidelines Policy:

At MISHeMALL™, we endeavor to make the return process as convenient as possible. Please review the following guidelines:

Return Pick-Up Option:

  • Return pick-up service is available for eligible addresses and items, subject to shipping restrictions.
  • Products must be returned within their designated return window, as outlined in the MISHeMALL™ Returns Policy.
  • If return pick-up is unavailable, you can utilize the self-ship option. See below for Self-Ship Guidelines.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, following MISHeMALL™ refund policy.

To Ensure Successful Return Pick-Up:

  • Items and accessories must be returned in their original condition, including the brand/manufacturer box.
  • The MRP tag must remain intact.
  • Include the user manual, warranty card, and any other provided documents with the item.

Before Initiating Return Pick-Up:

  • Agents will attempt return pick-up between 7 AM to 10 PM on the scheduled date.
  • If pick-up is unsuccessful, another attempt will be made the following day.
  • Some couriers may require a return label, which can be generated in the Returns >> (Send Message) Section.
  • A return will not be processed if pick-up is canceled due to missing or damaged items or accessories.
  • Returns cannot be picked up from a new address in a different city from the original delivery location.
  • For damaged, defective, or wrong products, refer to the relevant FAQs for assistance.

Self-Ship Guidelines:

  • If return pick-up is unavailable, customers can self-ship the item using a courier with package tracking capabilities.
  • Required return documentation includes:
  • A copy of the invoice highlighting the returned items (placed inside the return package).
  • Declaration of item details, value, and return reason (affixed to the return package).
  • A return label with MISHeMALL™ tracking barcode (attached to the return package).

Note:

  • 1. If a printer is unavailable, customers can hand-write the declaration and return address (generated in the Returns >> “Send Message” Section). Original or copy of the invoice can be used, highlighting the returned items.
  • 2. Return shipping charges will be refunded following MISHeMALL™ refund policy.

 

Warranty Terms and Conditions

Warranty coverage is subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions and may vary depending on the origin of the product, particularly for products manufactured or sourced within India.

Before making a purchase, customers are strongly advised to review the product detail page carefully, where each item is clearly marked with its applicable Return, Replacement, Warranty, or No Exchange/Return status. This information is listed under the MISHeMALL Assurance section on the product page.

If the product is eligible for a warranty, customers must refer to the manufacturer’s customer care or authorized service center, as mentioned on the respective product detail page. Alternatively, buyers may contact the MISHeMALL Support Team to obtain the official customer care helpline or service center details of the manufacturer.

Important Guidelines for Warranty Claims:

  • The buyer is responsible for contacting the manufacturer’s helpline directly and must follow all instructions or troubleshooting procedures as directed by their customer support team.
  • In most cases, the buyer may be required to personally visit the nearest authorized service center or arrange service as per the manufacturer’s process.
  • MISHeMALL acts as a marketplace platform and does not handle warranty claims directly. It is not liable for any service delays, claim rejections, or disputes arising from the manufacturer’s end.
  • Any warranty claims denied by the manufacturer due to non-compliance with their terms, expired warranty, or misuse of the product will not be the responsibility of MISHeMALL.
  • For international customers, warranty coverage is not applicable if the product is not manufactured in or originally intended for their country of residence. Warranty terms may differ based on regional support policies of the manufacturer.

Additional Notes:

  • Always retain the original invoice and packaging to claim warranty services.
  • Check for any warranty card or documentation provided with the product and ensure it is properly filled and stamped, if required.
  • MISHeMALL can assist in connecting you with the right service contact, but cannot guarantee outcomes of warranty services or claim approvals.

 

Cancellation Policy

General Cancellation Policy:

Our cancellation policy aims to provide clarity and fairness in various scenarios, including:

  • Cancelling one item in a combined shipment results in the cancellation of all items.
  • MISHeMALL™ reserves the right to cancel orders in unforeseen circumstances.
  • Buyers are advised that MISHeMALL™ is not liable for any loss incurred due to order cancellation caused by system errors or unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation Conditions:

Different conditions apply based on the nature of the order:

  • Pre-Payment Order: A full refund is possible if the order is canceled within 24 hours or before shipping. After 24 hours, the refund policy will be applicable.
  • Post-Payment or COD Order: Cancellation is allowed within 24 hours or before shipping. However, after 24 hours or post-shipping, cancellation is not permitted. Refusal upon delivery leads to a permanent COD payment suspension until the buyer writes to customer-support@mishemall.com
  • International order after 24 hours or post-shipping, cancellation is not permitted. After 24 hours or post-shipping, the refund policy will be applicable.

Cancellation Procedure:

For a seamless cancellation process, please follow these steps:

  • For unshipped orders, visit Mishemall.com, log in, and navigate to My Orders select the item for cancellation and click Cancel Items providing optional cancellation reasons.
  • For shipped orders, visit Mishemall.com, log in, and navigate to My Orders choose Request Cancellation and follow the provided process.

  • MISHeMALL™ Reserve the right to update the return and cancellation policy as needed.
